Job profile & responsibilities

• They support the coordination of all project phases up to the launch and coordinate with partners from the licensing business, purchasing, quality assurance and the legal department.
• They handle technical correspondence with licensors, contract manufacturers and internal departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• During the transition phases of new products, you support supply planning in capacity and demand planning as well as in inventory optimization.
• They analyze prices, evaluate KPIs, create forecasts, and maintain the data and standard reports in the ERP system.
• They coordinate special logistical cases (such as low quantity launches) and support the implementation of IT projects in the SCM area.
• They assist in the preparation of license negotiations and clarify legal details in close coordination with our legal department.

Qualifications & professional expertise

• Successful studies: A completed Master's or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: You already have initial practical experience in project coordination or in the design of supply chain processes, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Good IT skills: You are proficient in using MS Office; initial user knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Organizational skills & demeanor: You bring initial experience in cross-departmental project management, present results confidently and keep a cool head even under tight timelines.
• Language skills: You are absolutely fluent in German and English – any additional language (such as Italian) is a welcome bonus.
• Personality: You work independently, think in terms of solutions rather than problems, and handle sensitive, confidential data with absolute loyalty and responsibility.
