Roles & responsibilities The role requires the candidate to have a prior experience in at least two out of four: Supply Chain Strategy (Operating Model Development) Supply Chain Analytics (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python) Supply Chain Planning (Demand and Supply planning) Optimization (Network, Inventory and Warehouse optimization) and Logistics & Distribution Work as an independent contributor to drive supply chain optimization and implementation projects for our clients Coordinate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, develop work plan, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables Collaborate with other service networks to solicit services required for success of the client engagement Contribute to supply chain capability business development and pre-sales activities Should have exceptional data crunching skills with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders Help foster trusting relationships with business partners Qualifications Educational qualifications Minimum qualification required: MBA / Post-Graduate / Masters in Supply Chain / Operations Management is mandatory Any professional certifications required: Global Supply Chain certifications like APICS CSCP / APICS CPIM / MITx etc. Work experience Relevant years of work experience required: 4 to 9 years The candidate must have prior global experience particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4 Mandatory technical & functional skills Strong functional background including but not limited to inventory management, demand & supply planning, production planning and scheduling, warehouse management, logistics optimization and digital transformation in supply chain Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to perform analysis from large data sets using ETL tools like Alteryx and experience in visualization and dashboard generation using tools like Power BI / Tableau Preferred technical & functional skills Prior experience in Network Optimization tools such as Coupa Supply Chain Guru (Llamasoft), AIMMS, iLog etc. is preferred Experience in leading projects involving strategy, architecture and technical implementation related to IT operations, business processes, security and data integrity of either Blue Yonder, E2Open, o9, Kinaxis and other SCM solutions would be an added advantage Exposure in database and scripting language from skillsets like SQL, JSON, Python, R, Unix Shell Scripting etc. Key behavioral attributes/requirements Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Drive and commitment to deliver high quality service to the company's network along with positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Ability to build and maintain relationships within team and interact credibly with stakeholders Additional Details Work arrangement: Hybrid - Makati or BGC office
