KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Acquisition of goods and services required by the user departments by selecting the most optimal sourcing approaches, publishing and managing tenders.  * Negotiations with suppliers to deliver the best value for the Bank on costs and supply terms  * Mapping the key stakeholders and managing them to guarantee seamless execution of requests. The stakeholders include the Branch Managers, Heads of Departments, Suppliers and regulator * Performing benchmarking exercise and analysing data on market trends to provide insights for category decision making * Implementing standards, controls, processes or regulatory determined procedures for the assigned Category  * Review Suppliers Performance for the assigned Category, data collation and analysis for Service Level Agreements, participate in review meetings. * Tracking and responding to customer enquiries, complaints and resolution of issues within set service level agreements * Follow-up and expediting of deliveries with Vendors MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 1.
