Description

Job Scope :-

  • Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement, inventory control, logistics, shipping and distribution.
  • Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, which includes coordination with suppliers, sales staff, warehouse and shipper.
  • Effectively deal with international suppliers, toll manufacturers, custom clearance agents, shipping and inventory warehousing companies.
  • Issuance and monitoring of Purchase Order processes to ensure on time availability of goods.
  • Perform inventory monitoring and purchase stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including transit documents and customer clearances, exists for shipments.
  • Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
  • Process prompt and accurate billing to clients based on agreed Incoterms and pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.
  • Provide support to sales members on the communication with customers.
  • Provide excellent support service to exceed customer satisfaction level.
  • Ensure goods are delivered to buyers per scheduled dates and keeping them informed about shipping details.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, billings and shipments.
  • Resolve customer’s inquiries and maintain courteous, prompt and efficient customer relations.
  • Maintain high accuracy of SAP system information and ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
  • Prompt recognition of sales and on-time closing of monthly sales in SAP.
  • Properly keep and file all Import/Export invoicing, shipping documents and contracts for audit.

Requirements :-

  • ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder with at least 1 year related working experience. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Office programs eg Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP, an advantage
  • Communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks
  • Positive, diligent, meticulous and committed to work in order to meet deadlines
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
