About the Client: A leading UAE-based FMCG distributor representing renowned international brands across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA channels, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and efficient supply chain solutions.

Job Description:

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries.

- Manage the company fleet, including vehicle allocation, fuel consumption, Salik/DARB recharges, and vehicle maintenance.

- Supervise and coordinate with drivers and helpers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Monitor fleet and delivery expenses, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate logistics records

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant logistics/distribution experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Hands-on experience in FMCG route planning, fleet management, and distribution operations.

- Good knowledge of UAE areas, routes, and distances, with experience managing drivers and helpers.

- Fluent in Hindi and English

Salary:

AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
