POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Manager, AI Services, plays a key role in defining and implementing recruitment processes for AI and data service roles, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, process optimization, and tool adoption. This role leads efforts to attract, engage, and onboard qualified contributors while ensuring the hiring workflows and systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Working closely with the Hiring team and other stakeholders, the Supply Chain Manager identifies process gaps, prioritizes improvements, and provides training and support to ensure effective use of tools and best practices. By fostering collaboration and clear communication across teams, this role ensures that all recruitment and operational processes support long-term growth, innovation, and performance across Acclaro’s AI services supply chain.
Location: Remote, Europe
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm CET
Reports to: Community Director

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in the localization or translation industry, with a focus on operations, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Proven experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for AI and data services roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Strong background in process management, with a track record of implementing scalable, efficient systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in recruitment and operational workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted relationships.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with strong data reporting and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change, managing competing priorities, and solving problems creatively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment strategy for AI and data services talent, driving sourcing, attraction, and hiring initiatives.
  • Define and refine recruitment, testing, and onboarding processes to optimize time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to the hiring team, ensuring effective use of recruitment tools and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Lead to create compelling campaigns to attract and retain supplier talent.
  • Build strong supplier relationships through regular engagement activities such as webinars, workshops, and community events.
  • Drive process automation to reduce manual effort, increase scalability, and improve overall performance.
  • Identify and implement new tools and features, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with team goals.
  • Use data and analytics to assess performance, inform decision-making, and report on key metrics.
  • Act as a change agent, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the hiring and operations teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in AI hiring and process optimization, and incorporate relevant insights into team strategies.
