That’s why we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations — from demand planning and procurement to inventory management, supplier performance, and production readiness. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantity and quality — enabling AI-Blox to scale production and bring cutting-edge hardware solutions to market. Your Mission 🚀 How you'll make an impact: Own the end-to-end supply chain for electronic and hardware components — from sourcing to delivery Select, negotiate, and develop suppliers, building long-term partnerships that ensure quality, competitiveness, and continuity Place and oversee purchase orders, keeping purchasing, stock, and supplier data accurate in our ERP Run MRP processes to keep material availability aligned with production planning at all times Collaborate with Sales to translate demand forecasts into procurement decisions Define inventory policies — safety stock, reorder points, min/max levels — balancing availability and working capital Anticipate and manage long lead time components through forward-buying, buffers, and component standardisation with Engineering Drive cost reduction initiatives and track total cost of ownership across the supply base Control all logistics flows — inbound, outbound, and intra-company — managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs compliance Build supply chain dashboards and reporting to provide full visibility to leadership Ensure quality compliance, structured documentation, and robust internal processes 🧩 What makes you a great fit: 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing within electronics or hardware; Master's degree preferred APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is a plus Solid ERP experience and strong command of MRP and production-driven purchasing Proven track record in supplier management, negotiations, and supplier development Experience in inventory optimisation, demand planning, and logistics management across inbound, outbound, and 3PL Familiar with long lead time procurement, supply risk mitigation, and cost reduction Strong grasp of quality principles, compliance, and documentation standards Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented — you make decisions from data Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling tech startup; a collaborative team player Fluent in English; additional languages and occasional travel are a plus 🎁 On top of a competitive salary, we offer: 32 vacation days (incl 12 additional leave days) Healthcare benefits (incl Alan daily care) Group insurance Meal vouchers Mobility budget Flex Income Plan (through Payflip) Stock options (performance based) Fun team drinks & events A brand new office in the heart of Brussels
