Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Job Description The Supply Chain Manager oversees and manages the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing procurement and inventory, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring availability of quality materials. Control inventory levels and monitor stock to prevent shortages or excess. Oversee logistics activities such as transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and demand forecasts. Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions. Provide leadership to the team, ensuring they have the necessary talent, resources, and readiness to meet organizational goals. Build a strong multi-locational team atmosphere and foster collaboration across the organization. Mentor, guide, and coach direct reports to expand their capabilities and performance. Essential Skills Knowledge of Epicor software. 6+ years of experience in supply chain management. Proficiency in supply chain software. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Familiarity with global logistics and overseas supply chain. Analytical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Experience in contract manufacturing or electronics industry. Experience with high volume SKUs and multiple product lines. Experience with tariff cost savings is a plus. Work Environment The role is 100% onsite, primarily at the headquarters with periodic visits to three additional buildings nearby. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with nearly 800 employees. The hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Ana, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr. 401k matching Partial premium coverage for health, dental, vision insurance. PTO, Maternity leave, etc. Yearly company bonus based on company performance and individual performance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Santa Ana,CA.
