Description Ausco Products is looking to fill a new role with a leader who ensures cross-functional alignment between planning, sourcing, procurement and logistics - transforming the supply chain into a competitive advantage. By driving continuous improvement, strengthening data integrity and improving service levels, this role directly influences customer satisfaction, profitability and operational resilience. Requirements This position requires strong negotiation skills, a cheerful disposition, strong people and communication skills, the ability to both lead and follow, as well as working effectively as part of a team. Self-confidence is a must, as well as the ability to exercise judgement to resolve issues on assignments that are moderately difficult. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain management, business administration or a related field is preferred. We're looking for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency within supply chain software and ERP systems.
