Purpose of role: To ensure efficient, resilient, and compliant supply chain operations that meet distributor/customer demand while optimising cost and service levels. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, product demand planning with sales team and distributors, product supply planning with central supply chain team, inventory management, and logistics, while driving continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include: Operational Excellence •    Develop and implement supply value chain strategies aligned with commercial objectives for the Vietnam market. •    Ensure alignment of internal teams and external partners with Blackmores’ strategic priorities, values, and long term vision. •    Lead the end to end design and execution of supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency, resilience, and business impact. Supply Planning & Strategic Leadership •    Direct all supply planning activities to support business growth, profit optimisation, and cost efficiency. •    Oversee forecasting, distributor management, demand–supply alignment, and network optimisation. •    Establish planning standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure high performance and compliance. •    Lead improvement initiatives including new forecasting models, process enhancements, and alternative distribution designs. Operational & Logistics Management •    Manage procurement, inventory control, and distribution in coordination with central teams and logistics partners. •    Ensure timely, compliant, and cost effective product movement across the value chain. •    Monitor SLOB risks, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate operational execution across teams. Risk, Compliance & Quality •    Navigate import/export regulations and mitigate associated risks. •    Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality requirements across the supply chain. Continuous Improvement •    Drive operational excellence programs focused on efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimisation. •    Implement new tools, processes, and best practices to strengthen supply chain performance. Cross Functional Collaboration •    Partner with NPD, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on integrated projects and product launches. •    Provide leadership and expertise across commercial and operational initiatives. Sales Forecasting •    Collaborate with distributors and sales to deliver accurate, timely monthly and annual sales forecasts. •    Improve Sales Forecast Accuracy through data analysis, insights, and continuous alignment. •    Consolidate forecast inputs, highlight risks/opportunities, and support weekly/monthly business cycles. Sales Order & Inventory Management •    Oversee daily sales order flow and ensure timely problem resolution. •    Work with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to optimise stock allocation and prevent OOS/overstock. •    Support monthly sales targets through proactive risk mitigation and cross team coordination. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting •    Build and maintain sales and inventory data governance with IT partners. •    Analyse sales performance, trends, and market dynamics to generate actionable insights. •    Lead weekly/monthly operations reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Distributors, driving aligned decision making. Who are you? •    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business or related discipline  •    5 + years Supply Planning related experience in FMCG or similar industry •    Experience working in a global brand company in Supply Planning role, preferably within FMCG, health, wellness, or related consumer‑driven industries. •    Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, JDE) •    Proficient in MS office software, especially Excel, PPT and Power BI •    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written & verbal) •    Problem solving ability, openness to change. •    APICS CPIM certification preferred •    Analytical mindset for market and performance data  •    Strong communication skills with fluency in English •    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data presentation. •    Ability to work across diverse cultures and collaborate with stakeholders in different regions.
