• Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution leadership roles
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or distribution environments
• Strong freight, warehousing and inventory management expertise
• Proven supplier, carrier and contract management capability
• Advanced analytical skills with SAP, Power BI and Excel
• Strong continuous improvement experience, ideally Lean or Six Sigma
• The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive outcomes across multiple functions
• A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial acumen
