JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of goods, services, and information across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and data analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Purchasing training background an asset
  • Proactive in response to problems as well as in the initiation of corrective actions
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to easily adapt to new software as it relates to the company’s ERP (Logistics) system.
  • The ability to create and maintain a team environment focused on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to be a long-term contributor and strong team member within a stable and growing organization
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with continual changes
  • Valid passport
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee inventory planning, control, and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, production, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate with supply chain team members to foster growth and performance.
