Description

SYSTEM BUILDING & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for production, packaging, cleaning, and safety.
  • Implement checklists, workflows, and visual management tools.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase throughput.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or production management, ideally in consumer goods, food, or skincare manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10–20+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience introducing KPIs and reporting structures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
