THE POSITION:

Eclipse Automation is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can see the big picture and deliver on the details. You’ll lead our Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics functions, ensuring projects run smoothly, suppliers are strong partners, and costs are tightly managed.
Working with Project Management, Operations, and Design Engineers, you’ll shape strategy, set policies, and champion improvements that give Eclipse a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics functions to ensure smooth flow of materials, services, and information across projects
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiating agreements that drive cost savings, quality, and reliability
  • Oversee sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract management to support project execution and customer deliverables
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and Engineering to align supply chain activities with business and project needs
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Eclipse’s competitive edge
  • Provide leadership to the supply chain team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Monitor performance metrics, purchasing spend, and supplier performance, driving efficiencies and improvements
