Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations at Everyday Dose — from sourcing and production through managing S&OP. This role will ensure demand is met efficiently, products flow smoothly through our network, and inventory levels are optimized to support growth while maintaining profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in consumer goods, food/beverage, or supplements.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, ShipBob, or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage 3PLs and co-manufacturers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Inventory Management (30%)

  • Own demand & supply planning process in coordination with S&OP.
  • Production scheduling with co-manufacturer
  • Track inventory health of finished goods and raw material (safety stock, turns, excess, obsolescence).Implement forecasting improvements to increase accuracy and reduce waste.

Procurement & Supplier Management (25%)

  • Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Negotiate with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, lead time adherence).Mitigate risks by developing alternative sourcing options.

Purchase Order Management (20%)

  • Release purchase orders to vendors and internal PO management system
  • Conduct 3 way match of invoices for raw material, packaging and finished goods to ensure accuracy of paymentsMaintain receiving ledger of all inbounds for accuracy of data in S&OP model

Quality & Compliance (15%)

  • Ensure all inbound products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with co-manufacturers and 3PLs on corrective actions for defects or returns.
  • Support audits and recall processes (internal, regulatory, and customer-driven).

Reporting & Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Maintain supply chain KPIs: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboardsIdentify and execute process improvements to reduce cost and increase agility.
