As a Supply Chain Manager at WeMaintain, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the company’s supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services essential for lift maintenance operations. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to align supply chain activities with company goals and customer requirements, driving improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that support business goals and enhance efficiency within the lift industry.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring the reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials and components specific to the lift industry.
Logistics Oversight: Oversee and coordinate logistics functions, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure timely delivery of parts to support our fast paced operation.
Procurement and Parts Ordering: Lead procurement activities, predominantly the efficient ordering of parts essential for lift operations, ensuring timely availability and budget alignment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and resilience.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of the supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those pertinent to the lift industry, to uphold safety and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
