Supply Chain Manager (w/m/d)

Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management and development of employees in the area of ​​responsibility for production planning
• Analysis and continuous improvement of internal and external logistics processes and procedures
• Responsibility for the cross-site material flow from procurement to delivery
• Capacity planning based on sales forecasts and ensuring on-time production orders, including measures in case of deviations.
• Further development of the supply chain strategy, close coordination with internal interfaces, and creation and evaluation of KPIs, statistics, and reports.

Your profile

• Completed studies (industrial engineering/business administration with a focus on logistics) or comparable training with several years of experience in supply chain management
• Excellent ERP knowledge (ideally SAP, R3 and S4/HANA) and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong ability for employee management and development
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent work style, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent German and English skills, as well as teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
