WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Lead and mentor a supply chain team that thrives on collaboration and accountability. * Shape the entire flow of materials — from sourcing to scheduling — with care and strategy. * Manage vendor relationships with fairness, clarity, and long-term vision. * Keep our operations humming by balancing inventory, demand, and timing with finesse. * Use Plex ERP and Lean tools to create order in the chaos and beauty in the flow. * Partner closely with production and leadership to align operations with purpose.
