YOUR TASKS

• Planning and control of customer orders in SAP S/4HANA (SD), from order acceptance to delivery
• Monitoring of delivery dates, backlogs and call-offs
• Operational responsibility for EDI-based order processing
• Planning and control of production and material requirements (SAP: MM / PP, MRP)
• Monitoring of inventory, ranges and bottlenecks
• Coordination with sales, production, purchasing and logistics
• Proactive problem solving in case of delivery, material or capacity deviations
• Contributing to the optimization of scheduling and EDI processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in customer order, production or material planning
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD, supplemented by MM and PP
• Practical experience in EDI processing of customer orders
• Understanding of delivery scheduling, ATP logic, and production lead times
• Analytical, proactive & assertive
• Strong communicator, team-oriented and well-organized
