Description

On a Daily Basis, You Will


  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing relationships with North American and international suppliers.
  • Oversee purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations in support of production requirements.
  • Coordinate supplier qualification and regulated supplier or component changes with Quality & Regulatory and Engineering.
  • Own inbound and outbound logistics, customer shipping, transportation, customs, brokerage, and freight management.
  • Manage carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
  • Ensure import, export, customs, and shipping documentation requirements are met.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of Canadian, U.S., European, and other applicable shipping requirements to support Hazloc’s markets
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Travel within North America and internationally as required, typically approximately 5–10%.
