Role Description

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure efficient operations, cost control, product availability, and reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring supply chain plans, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely movement of materials and products. The Supply Chain Manager will monitor supply and demand, identify potential disruptions, evaluate supplier and logistics performance, and implement appropriate solutions to maintain operational continuity.

The role also involves analyzing supply chain data and KPIs, identifying process inefficiencies, optimizing inventory and transportation costs, and supporting strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and operations teams to improve forecasting, streamline workflows, manage risks, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ability to coordinate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Ability to analyze supply chain performance, identify risks, and develop practical improvement strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, service level, and logistics costs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain reporting and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement, or supply chain management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong supplier management, communication, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to supply chain disruptions or operational issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency, cost optimization, service quality, and continuous improvement.
