SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Lead and manage the Supply Chain (multiple Operations Job Families and/or related functions, however not including production) by enhancing its developments based on Jotun’s values and in accordance with local, regional, segment, and corporate objectives and guidelines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers while maximizing Operations efficiency. This position will be located in Bekasi and reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Lead the Operations teams in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs. Lead the Operations functions by implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines to ensure that Operations activities comply with local laws and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001, Jotun Operations System, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system. Initiate, drive, and follow up continuous improvement activities by implementing the Jotun Operations System and follow up through agreed KPIs. Arrange and participate in management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement projects and ensure close and efficient daily cooperation between all Operational functions. Develop the Operations areas by initiating capital investments and budgets in accordance with Jotun standards to meet requirements for HSE and capacity while maximizing Jotun’s competitive advantage. Initiate and drive cross-functional planning and cooperation to ensure all stakeholders are aligned. Ensure efficient Logistics set up to meet customers' current and future needs, efficient stock management, and quality control of RM, packaging, and FG. Experience minimum 9 years as supply chain operations fields is essential. Competence in supply chain operations, logistic & transportation, planning, procurement, basic 5S is essential. Proficient communication and writing skills in English. Preferred: Having experience in Paint Industry or Manufacture. Having systematic approach, uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively Having constructive teamwork, co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; support others in the pursuit of team goals. Having people management, provides the team with a clear sense of direction, inspires and coordinates others and keeps them focused on objectives.
