QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage procurement, inventory control, distribution, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
