The Asian cuisine category is one of the fastest growing food categories. In preparation for continued growth, they have invested in a new facility in Bethlehem PA. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to help establish and implement best-in-class practices across the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, and Inventory.
We are searching for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for S&OP, Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, and Inventory Management to support production and distribution needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational efficiency, optimize inventory, and ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain roles within food manufacturing or CPG industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, and inventory management best practices.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, USDA/FDA compliance, and supply chain sustainability is a plus.
