We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) for our new location in Zeil am Main to manage our three-stage supply chain.  

Your responsibilities include

: - You will be the central point of contact between our raw material suppliers, the processing plant (blending/filling), and the packaging manufacturer.

- You will plan and monitor the timely transport of tea raw materials from the source/port to further processing.

- You will precisely coordinate the delivery of raw materials with the production capacities of the blending plant and the delivery times of the packaging materials (tea bags, folding boxes).

- You will monitor inventory levels at all three nodes in our SAP system to prevent stockouts and ensure just-in-time availability.

- You will ensure the complete traceability of tea batches throughout the entire supply chain in accordance with strict food standards (IFS Food and organic regulations) and prepare for logistics audits.
