Description

Your mission

In your role as  Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will shape future-proof supply chains for new products and applications. You will build strategic partnerships that enable innovation, scalability, and flexibility – from the early development phase to series production. You will operate at the interface of technology, market, and suppliers, making a crucial contribution to our growth in the medical and high-tech industries. With your foresight, you will secure our innovative strength for tomorrow.

This is how you make the difference

  • Think strategically: You develop supply chain strategies for new products holistically and with a focus on the future – from the early development phase to series production.
  • Unlocking technologies: You systematically identify and evaluate potential suppliers with expertise in micro-plastic injection molding, electronics, sensor technology and high-tech manufacturing.
  • Making selections: You will independently carry out supplier selection and qualification processes, including audits and technical assessments.
  • Shaping partnerships: You build long-term, strategic supplier relationships and continuously develop them further.
  • Working in a networked way: As a central interface, you connect suppliers with R&D, engineering, quality and operations.
  • Managing risks: You identify supply chain risks early and develop alternative sourcing and backup concepts.

You're good at that.

  • Supply chain expertise: You bring sound experience in supply chain management, strategic purchasing and supplier development.
  • New product experience: You are familiar with building supply chains for new products, technologies, or applications.
  • Technical understanding: You can evaluate and classify manufacturing technologies in a high-tech environment – ideally with reference to micro-injection molding, electronics or sensor technology.
  • Supplier evaluation: Selection, qualification and further development of suppliers are part of your essential toolkit.
  • Economic thinking: You have a confident grasp of cost structures, negotiations, and basic financial assessments.
  • Internationality: Excellent English skills enable you to collaborate confidently in international teams.

This is what you can expect

  • Shaping the future: You work on innovative products for demanding applications in the medical and high-tech industries.
  • Scope for creativity: Responsibility and influence accompany you from the very beginning in the development of new supply chains.
  • Cultural Journey: You will become part of an organization in transition and actively shape the transformation.
  • Strong collaboration: You can expect close, appreciative cooperation with internal teams and external technology partners.
  • Professional development: Your professional and personal development will be specifically promoted and visibly supported.
  • Stability with a future: An internationally successful company offers you long-term security and development opportunities.
