Your tasks

• They are the central point of contact between our raw material suppliers, the processing plant (mixing/filling) and the packaging manufacturer.
• They plan and monitor the timely transport of the tea raw materials from the origin/port to further processing.
• They precisely coordinate the delivery of raw materials with the production capacities of the mixing plant and the delivery times of the packaging materials (tea bags, folding boxes).
• They monitor inventory levels at all three nodes in our SAP system to avoid transitions and ensure just-in-time availability.
• They ensure the complete traceability of tea batches throughout the entire chain in accordance with strict food standards (IFS Food and organic regulations) and prepare for logistics audits.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics / supply chain management or a comparable qualification (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics services clerk) with relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience in cross-company logistics coordination in the food industry (FMCG), contract logistics or in handling agricultural raw materials.
• Practical experience with the logistical requirements of IFS (International Featured Standards) and the handling of certified organic goods flows (e.g. separate storage, documentation).
• Proficient use of SAP (ideally in the MM/PP/SD or WM modules) and strong Excel skills for capacity planning.
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills and the ability to act as a solution-oriented mediator between three different corporate cultures.
• Fluent German and good English skills for communication with international raw material partners.
