Job Description We’re hiring a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, inventory strategy, and supplier performance for a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and production — not theoretical, not passive. If you like fixing broken processes, tightening spend, and being the person people go to when materials actually need to show up, this is your lane. What You’ll Own End-to-end supply chain operations: purchasing, inventory, supplier management Forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization Vendor negotiations, pricing, contracts, and performance metrics ERP-driven purchasing and reporting Cross-functional coordination with production, finance, and leadership Continuous improvement around cost, lead times, and material flow Qualifications What You Bring 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management Manufacturing or industrial environment experience (required) Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proven vendor negotiation and cost-control experience Experience managing 500+ SKUs Detail-oriented, decisive, and operationally grounded Additional Information Why This Role High visibility, real ownership Stable organization with operational complexity Leadership that values execution over buzzwords Interested?
