SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Due to continued growth our client is currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility of the companies supply chain ensuring parts and materials required are readily available for the business.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for the supply chain function for the business
• Ensure all parts and materials required are delivered on time to meet production schedules
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and agree on prices and lead times
• Identify opportunities to drive costs down within the supply chain
• Monitor stock levels and improve ordering metrics
• Review current processes and implement improvements
• Ensure all products procured meet the required quality standards
• Produce reports on supply chain for senior management
• Other relevant duties
