The "Production Planning" department is responsible for planning and controlling customer orders processed by the individual production departments, focusing on the entire supply chain during order fulfillment. Furthermore, there is close collaboration with the related departments of Quality Assurance, Development, Purchasing, and Business Development.

Supply Chain Manager Operations (f/m/d)

This is a temporary position.

Your tasks

• Ensuring production program planning in accordance with customer requirements from the business unit
• Support in the creation of necessary key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards in the area of ​​production planning
• Preparation and reporting of supply chain-related KPIs to management
• Organization and moderation of cross-functional planning and production status meetings on a weekly basis
• Coordination of rolling production planning on a monthly basis for all production areas
• Preparation, execution and optimization of Sales & Operations planning
• Support in creating a holistic workload plan in collaboration with the production departments.
• Coordination and preparation of data for the company's annual business planning
• Active participation in cross-departmental optimization projects across the entire supply chain.
• Derivation of planning-relevant measures in the transformation context of SAP S/4HANA

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, economics or comparable.
• Several years of professional/project experience in the production, production planning or supply chain environment
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes, ideally in the supply chain environment
• Experience with SAP R3 MM/PP and ideally also with SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a proactive, goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills
