Beyond brand ownership, we operate as a full-service operating company offering: Contract manufacturing and coffee roasting Global importing and sourcing Private label program development Branding and packaging services Fulfillment operations Logistics, climate-controlled warehousing, cold storage, and DSD (Direct Store Delivery) GENERAL SUMMARY The Supply Chain Manager leads and optimizes end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. This role ensures that the right products are sourced, stored, and delivered to the right location on time and at an optimal cost. This position is responsible for developing integrated supply chain strategies, managing transportation and vendor relationships, and driving operational excellence across all supply chain functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Develop and implement comprehensive logistics, procurement, and supply chain strategies that support operational goals and operational efficiency. 2. Optimize and develop the procurement process for goods, materials, and transportation services to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, and timely availability. 3. Oversee and enhance inventory management practices, including the development of forecasting, demand-planning, and replenishment models to maintain optimal stock levels. 4. Optimize transportation routing and networking to reduce freight costs, improve service levels, and enhance overall distribution efficiency. 5. Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements with transportation suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships that support reliability and quality. 6. Monitor and forecast logistics costs and prepare budgets. 7. Establish and maintain exception and performance reporting, enabling continuous evaluation of product supplier and transportation vendor performance and proactive identification and resolution of service issues. 8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to align supply chain strategies with business objectives, ensure accurate demand planning, optimize inventory levels, and drive overall operational and financial performance. 9. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards. 10. Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES · Work requires supervising and monitoring performance for a regular group of employees (1 or more full-time employees) including providing input on hiring/disciplinary actions and work objectives/ effectiveness, performance evaluations, and realigning work as needed. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY · Position has moderate fiscal responsibility. May assist in the collection of data in support of recommendations for departmental budget allocations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Four (4) years of relevant logistics experience in a related industry preferred · An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities may be considered. Required Licenses or Certifications · Professional certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is preferred but not required. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK · May work in a normal office and/or warehouse environment. · Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm · Occasional to frequent abnormal hours are expected and required during peak times or urgent need situations. · Flexibility to work some weekends TRAVEL · Occasional travel within and out of the metropolitan area may be required.
