The Power Quality (PQ) division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS’s), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU’s), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage people, strategic sourcing, and operational supply chain excellence, with a strong mandate to uplift sourcing capability, strengthen the vendor ecosystem, and provide strategic direction for the growing PQ segment (UPS, PDUs, racks, batteries, and associated services). We are looking for a proactive supply chain professional to manage a team of dedicated people and provide robust end to end supply chain and strategic sourcing capabilities. What you’ll do: End‑to‑end supply chain management (SIOP, procurement, inventory, planning, vendor management). Lead ANZ strategic sourcing and category management by developing aligned procurement strategies and resilient, dual‑sourced supplier ecosystems. Lead sourcing activities across mechanical, electronic, plastic, metal, and software/IP categories. People leadership and culture building within the PQ supply chain team. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and long‑term business priorities. Support contract negotiations, commercial terms discussions, and long‑term agreement implementation. Drive supply chain performance across DOH, OTD, continuous improvement initiatives, quality, cost‑out, and compliance, with timely reporting and cross‑functional collaboration. Deliver competitive advantage to global SCM organisations by transitioning transactional activities and enhancing reporting and analytics to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications: 10 + years across supply chain, with 5+ years in people leadership. Proven end‑to‑end supply chain ownership (planning through delivery). Deep sourcing capability: vendor identification, qualification, benchmarking, and negotiations. Strong commercial mindset with ability to challenge suppliers on quality, cost, and materials. Advanced SIOP capability, including scenario modelling and communication to senior stakeholders. Systems: SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel; Power BI and AI‑enabled SCM tools desirable. Post‑graduate or ASCP‑aligned supply chain qualifications strongly valued.
