Description The Supply Chain Manager - will lead and elevate the planning functions across demand, supply, capacity and inventory across several GMP and ISO/FDA regulated manufacturing sites supporting both high/low volumes. This position requires high business acumen, a high sense of urgency, strong accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The incumbent promotes a culture of compliance, collaboration and accountability. Principal Responsibilities Owns and drives the end-to-end planning process balancing demand, supply, capacity, and inventory to meet customer delivery commitments. Develops and maintains the Master Production Schedules for high and low volume Medical Device Instrumentation builds across the enterprise. Anticipates material, capacity, and schedule risks; drives mitigation plans to address disruptions and communicates effectively. Ensure that ERP, Planning Models and planning assumptions are aligned with business revenue priorities and constraints. Facilitates key planning forums and escalates and reports on risks and dependencies for resolution. Deploy and facilitate the S&OP process and report on impacts to demand and supply (5 Step Process) Just have demonstrated experiences establishing and converting demand plans to supply plans both in units and cost with consideration to production line capacities. Interface with PMO team and act as NPI planner on designated upstream projects to establish and initialize the supply chain through the desig n to manufacturing transfer. Demonstrated experience supporting New Product Introductions in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. History of success in Capacity Planning, Master Scheduling, Performance and improvement initiatives. Leads process improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, planning cycle efficiency, and data integrity. Demonstrated experience executing aspects of SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). Lean Manufacturing/ Lean Six Sigma and 5S experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Prior experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting All other duties as directed by Manager Requirements Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience Minimum seven to ten years’ work experience in a Medical Device regulated manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge in Microsoft Office including familiarity with Excel Experience working with a Quality Management System; ISO 13485 FDA, GMP, ITAR Experience using MRP (Material Requirement Planning) Software, preferably Acumatica. Advanced MS Excel skills are necessary Min 7-10 years of Supply Chain, Planning or Purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or Engineering or a combination of education and experience. APICS (CSCP or CPIM) certification strongly preferred. Supervisory Responsibility Will have supervisory responsibilities. Working Conditions This job operates in manufacturing environments. Physical surroundings This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. PPE required when in controlled environment rooms.
