SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of order flow, logistics operations, and delivery optimisation across our client’s distribution network.
Salary up to £35K depending on experience + pension, + healthcare + onsite parking

Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager include,

  • Coordinating full order lifecycle from placement to delivery
  • Handling supplier/customer escalations and problem-solving on the go
  • Analyzing and managing order backlogs, inventories, and provisions
  • Working directly with forwarders on warehousing and shipping terms
  • Reviewing contracts, credit notes, invoices, and customs documentation
  • Managing VAT/intrastate reporting and ensuring compliance
  • Drafting standard reseller agreements (in English & French)

The ideal Supply Chain Manager will need,

  • Strong logistics and supply chain experience (essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, lookups, data models (essential)
  • ERP system proficiency and confidence in digital tools
  • Experience in cross-border shipping, warehousing, and cost negotiation
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Fluent English (French would be a bonus) along with professional verbal/written communication skills essential
