POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing: production planning, supply planning, inventory levels, and customer service. Ultimately, this individual is responsible for ensuring industry-leading service levels while managing production schedules and the cost of inventory.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Lead the consolidation of replenishment requirements and the development of weekly production schedules with the planning team.

Manage the inventory days of supply and service level agreements in alignment with production operations managers.

Drive optimization of product flows, stocking decisions, and fulfilment.

- Align with and support purchasing manager throughout P2P process, including maintaining overall demand plan, providing feedback on vendor performance, and participating in cost reduction projects.Lead the customer service team to ensure industry-leading on time in full (OTIF) service levels, including outbound logistics planning and management.

Own the development of plans and schedules to support major lifecycle and commercialization activities, and pre-build plans for scheduled line shutdowns.

Develop and coordinate food waste reduction efforts across all departments, with particular focus on FEFO, inventory management, and consistent communication of slow-moving materials.

- Lead initiatives as the subject matter expert (SME) for inventory planning activities and quarterly physical inventory counts.
- Utilize and maintain master data in ERP systems to ensure proper material costing and tracking.Support digitalization projects (EDI, OCR, GS1, etc.) and continuous improvement projects (5S, six sigma, etc.).
