Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager at EverPure is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products while maintaining high service levels and supporting overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals • Manage procurement processes, supplier selection, and vendor relationships • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize stock levels • Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, and production) • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and logistics providers • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Lead and develop the supply chain team Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Key Competencies • Strategic thinking • Negotiation and influencing skills • Data-driven decision making • Risk management • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus) WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.
