Gemini Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain operations across our Building Materials Business in UAE.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution.• Develop effective inventory planning and replenishment strategies to maintain optimum stock levels across branches and warehouses.• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouses, sales teams and operations to ensure timely availability and movement of materials.About the job

We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Dubai.

La Pureté is an established UAE hair care brand, founded 2020. We sell across the GCC and import from multiple markets in Asia, Europe and North America.

The role owns the full chain: suppliers, shipping, customs, inventory, and sourcing new products. Reports directly to me. No layers, no committees.

It's hands-on. No team under you initially you'd be building the function, not maintaining someone else's system.

What we're looking for:

• 3 to 5+ years in supply chain or procurement in hair care or beauty / cosmatics

• Hands-on UAE customs clearance experience

• Experience managing suppliers in Asia ,additionally morroco and america

• we prefer Arabic but will give a chance for English speakers

• Based in the UAE
