achelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
Formal certification in asset management (e.g., Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or equivalent).
At least 10+ years of proven experience in asset and inventory management, ideally with technical or field equipment (seismic, geophysical or energy sector experience preferred).
Strong experience in developing strategic asset management plans and maintaining and governing an asset management system.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and geographies
