Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our supply chain activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, timely shipments, accurate documentation, and proper inventory tracking.
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to support our VP of Operations with the management and scale up of our supply chain operations.
This role is critical in ensuring timely production, supplier coordination, and product delivery—from wafer fabrication through to packaging, testing, and logistics.
You will work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) and external partners (foundries, OSATs, logistics providers) to maintain a reliable, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain ecosystem.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a high-tech start-up environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and maintain relationships with foundries, OSATs, and component suppliers.
  • Assist with RFQs, contracts, PO creation and generation of supplier KPI reporting.
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and update internal systems.
  • Create and manage production schedules, ensuring availability of wafers, packaging, test resources, and materials to meet delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to ensure alignment on materials availability and delivery timelines.
  • Working with the operations team to support international logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment, ensuring compliance with trade and customs regulations.
  • Set up inventory tracking and planning systems. Optimize stock levels to balance lead times and costs. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Work with engineering and product teams on NPI planning and transitions from prototype to volume production.
  • Support the onboarding and qualification of new vendors and partners.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans (e.g., dual sourcing, buffer stocks).
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of necessary tools, databases and processes (ERP, MRP, supply planning) appropriate for a scaling fabless semiconductor business.
