A Supply Chain Manager is needed for an American multinational home appliances corporation in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for Professional Services, driving value through supplier management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s long-term goals in efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and commodity oversight for assigned categories.
• Conduct operational and spend analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop and execute annual sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance.
• Negotiate or award contracts within approved spending limits.
• Identify and qualify new sources of supply.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, project development, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Analyze supplier operations to determine cost drivers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and manage strategic plans for commodities or key suppliers.
• Maintain overall supplier relationships for one or more strategic accounts.
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle from RFQ to contract signature.
• Ensure supplier performance meets delivery, quality, and cost requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in global commodity management or business.
• Specific experience with Professional Services categories.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• 7+ years in global supply chain management or related business roles.
• Experience in consultancy and services procurement.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
