Job Description:Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams, while managing suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, optimise costs, improve operational efficiency, and lead the supply chain team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and product expiry management.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
