ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategy for how the supply chain department operates, including organizational structure, processes, systems, governance, KPIs, and accountability. Partner with the COO, Directors, and senior leadership to align supply chain capabilities with the company's global growth strategy, project portfolio, manufacturing requirements, and long-term business objectives.
Own end-to-end supply execution across a complex, project-based manufacturing portfolio, ensuring material availability, procurement, planning, supplier performance, and delivery remain aligned with project schedules. Lead teams through day-to-day execution while personally engaging in critical issues, escalations, and problem-solving when required.
Connect project requirements, engineering, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and outsourced production into a cohesive operating model. Lead master planning, key component planning, constraint management, and S&OP while ensuring plans translate into executable purchasing and production activities across global operations.
Act as the Supply Chain SME and strategic owner of ERP/MRP capabilities, assessing how current systems and processes support the business and identifying opportunities to improve them. Partner with IT and senior leadership to establish a future-state roadmap, address legacy system limitations, improve data integrity, and drive standardization, automation, and process simplification across the global supply chain.
Develop strong operational interfaces with suppliers and outsourced manufacturing partners across multiple geographies. Establish clear accountability for delivery, capacity, quality, responsiveness, and issue resolution while ensuring supplier execution supports project requirements and aligns with broader strategic procurement strategies.
Lead, develop, and performance-manage Project Buyers, Manufacturing Buyers, Master Planners, and Planners (currently team of 6). Establish clear roles, processes, KPIs, and accountability while developing a culture of continuous improvement, LEAN thinking, structured problem-solving, and strong daily execution. Balance strategic leadership with a willingness to get into the details when the business requires it.
