Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As our supply chain manager, you will be the operational engine behind our global loyalty marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless flow of goods from manufacturers to customers—while owning supplier relationships, inventory risk mitigation, and returns management. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, optimizing costs, risk, and customer satisfaction in a high-impact role.
You will report to the Head of Supply Chain, Europe and work closely with global teams across sourcing, logistics, quality, and commercial functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines.
  • Design and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while preventing shortages (e.g., buffer stock models, demand forecasting).
  • Own returns management: Oversee processes, analyze trends (e.g., defective rates, customer behavior), and implement recovery strategies (reuse/recycle).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports on KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making for the team.
  • Use Power BI/ERP/dashboarding tools to visualize insights and recommend actions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align supply chain plans with promotional campaigns and customer expectations.
  • Work with Quality and Sourcing to resolve production or compliance issues.
  • Support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/ data systems and drive digital tool adoption.
  • Occasional visit to suppliers as needed
