What would you get your hands on?Turning demand into a production plan that balances capacity, labour, materials and customer service.
Leading and developing the planning and warehouse teams.
Improving stock accuracy, schedule stability and the flow of finished goods through the site.
Working with Operations, Procurement and Quality to tackle the issues behind recurring disruption.
Putting clear processes and decisions in place so progress lasts.
You’ll have led supply chain, planning or a similarly broad function in food manufacturing or another fast-moving manufacturing environment. You’ll understand the numbers, but you’ll also go and speak to the people doing the work before deciding what needs to change.
