JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. You will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners to ensure products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Supply Chain, Actuarial Science, or related-course

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall supply chain strategy and execution
  • Oversee procurement, purchasing, and vendor management activities
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock turnover, and warehouse performance
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Lead and improve demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes
  • Identify supply risks, lead times, and alternative sourcing options
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PL/logistics partners
  • Implement KPIs to track and improve supply chain performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply with demand
  • Use data tools and systems to drive automation, reporting, and insights
