Description
  • Take day-to-day ownership of the warehouse and stores operation.
  • Supervise and support a small warehouse team.
  • Organise and prioritise daily warehouse activities.
  • Receive, check, book in and put away incoming goods, including regular international air and sea freight shipments.
  • Maintain accurate stock quantities and locations using our ERP system.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments or escalate significant issues.
  • Pick and prepare components and materials for our manufacturing operation.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensure completed manufactured products are correctly received and processed for dispatch.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised warehouse.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality and office departments.
  • Identify problems, follow them through to resolution and help improve warehouse processes.
