Vaco Atlanta is assisting a rapidly growing manufacturing client with hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, and logistics. This critical role will shape supply chain strategy, support rapid expansion, and oversee a global flow of materials multiple warehouses.
Role: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Dalton, GA
Onsite: 100% onsite
Job Type: permanent, direct hire
Pay: $120,000 - $130,000

What You’ll Do:

• Lead procurement, planning, and logistics teams (3 direct reports).
• Set inventory strategies, implement purchasing processes, and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee capital goods, raw materials, and global logistics, including ISO tank storage and depot management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and support sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in procurement/supply chain
• Experience managing multi-million spend, global logistics, and cross-country teams.
• Strong contract negotiation, market knowledge, and SAP MM/SD expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.
