Our North America headquarters in Southlake, Texas serves a critical role in supporting regional customers and coordinating with global operations.   Position Overview The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives. The manager oversees end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, vendor management, inventory control, production planning, logistics, and distribution. The Supply Chain Manager drives performance through KPI analysis, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, production, and finance to ensure alignment between supply and demand while maximizing profitability and service levels. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement supply chain strategies, analyze existing procedures, and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Negotiate contracts with MRO suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and source new materials to meet business needs. * Maintain accurate inventory levels, oversee production planning, and minimize stockouts to ensure smooth operations. * Coordinate transportation routes, manage warehouse operations, and optimize shipping processes to maximize profitability. * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipping speed and inventory accuracy, to identify and resolve issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, finance) to align supply with demand and support organizational goals. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement. * Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities. * Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive results.
