Manage the complete incident lifecycle from reporting and assessment through investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned.
Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Information Security and relevant external stakeholders.
Ensure investigations and evidence handling comply with applicable legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.
Develop and strengthen incident-management and investigation governance frameworks.
Support security risk management, audits, reporting, KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
Provide investigation reports and management updates to senior stakeholders.
Support investigation and incident-management capability across multiple countries and locations.
Travel extensively across the region as operationally required
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law, Risk Management, Intelligence Studies, Business Administration or related discipline.
6–8+ years of progressive relevant experience within corporate security, investigations, intelligence, law enforcement, compliance or risk management.
Strong hands-on experience leading complex corporate/security investigations.
Experience in incident management, evidence collection/handling, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions would be highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, investigation reporting and analytical skills.
Professional investigation/security/risk certifications would be advantageous.
Excellent English communication skills.
Flexibility for extensive regional travel is required
