Job Overview The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for Weatherford’s manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination across demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. This role is accountable for optimizing material flow, improving lead times, and supporting on-time delivery to production and field operations. Responsibilities Develop and manage the integrated supply chain plan from forecasting to delivery. Lead demand and supply planning cycles in coordination with sales, operations, and procurement teams. Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Optimize logistics and distribution strategies for both inbound and outbound material flow. Establish KPIs across procurement, warehousing, and logistics, driving continuous improvement. Act as the key liaison between supply chain and production/service functions to support operational readiness. Lead supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Skills Strong analytical and planning capabilities Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools Experience in DRP/S&OP processes Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Problem-solving and process improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent 7+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in lead/managerial role Experience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing environment APICS / CSCP / Lean Six Sigma certification preferred #LI-MD1
